**Notice of Rights to Digital Images
1. Copyright and Ownership
The Photographer retains the copyright to all images. The Photographer grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to reproduce the Authorized Images for personal use only. 

2. Permitted Uses
The Client may print, share, and post the digital images online (e.g., social media). Printing is strictly limited to personal use, which includes displaying images in the home, sharing with family and friends, and creating non-commercial personal albums.

3. Prohibited Uses
The Client may not sell the images, use them for commercial or promotional purposes (including advertising or submitting to blogs/magazines without prior written consent), or enter them into photography competitions. The Client is prohibited from applying filters (e.g., Instagram filters), altering the color grading, cropping out watermarks, or otherwise editing the images in any capacity. 

4. Printing Responsibility
The Photographer is not responsible for the print quality, color accuracy, or cropping issues of prints made at consumer-level labs (e.g., local drugstores or retail chains). For the best results, the Client is encouraged to use a professional printing lab.

By using the digital files, the Client agrees to the terms outlined above.
